As told by Jack Brown " Mississippi Racing Historian: I think the modified 7 is Ken Clifton from Little Rock. The name "Kenneth" on the side of the car got me to thinking about him . He came down to Jackson a couple of times during that era and the car looks like the type car that ran around Little Rock track back then.
